It has now been admitted that the level of development of a country will depend upon the general level of knowledge of its citizency. It is therefore, imperative that educational administrators, planners and the non-governmental agencies devise ways and means to educate its bureaucracy teachers, labour and armymen continuously through educational technology seminars, workshops and summer or winter camps.
