The book is concisely written delineating the fact that a chunk of indigenous tribes in CHT (in eastern part of Bangladesh) and NE (north eastern part of India), living in pristine boundaries in the wake of 1947 partition of colonial India and 1971 splitting of Pakistan, widely held faith in elder Buddhism – Sarvastivada which prevailed since olden days as a constituent part of wholesome Buddhism, and it was endowed itself to their ancestors.
