This book is the third and final one in the ‘Victory India’ series and is the culmination of several recordings and compilations of sincere and painstaking efforts of the veterans who penned down their perceptions and convictions concerning the various aspects of selection, training and grooming of military officers. The knowledge of the veterans in their specialized fields and rich experience is amply revealed in their respective articles of essays. The responses received to some of these articles have also been added to complement and reinforce and author’s views besides adding depth to the subject.
