This thesaurus is the resultant flower and fruition of a major research project (2009-2011) favoured by the UGC.
The edition is yet an another addition to the onomatology of the country in general and of the Andhra Pradesh in particular. Its main thrust is the arena of eponyms or surnames and personal names or anthroponomics which constitute a major share of the former.
This work is intended to be of interest to the inquisitive scholar researcher as well as to the common reader enthused in the socio-cultural history of one of the premier states of India i.e., Andhra Pradesh.
