A History of the First Cross-Cultural: Mission of the Marthoma Church 1910-2000

This book explores the first indigenous cross-cultural mission undertaken by the Mar Thoma Church in North Kanara, India. In its distinctive indigenous model of mission, the Mar Thoma Church has integrated into single paradigm evangelism, church, and the kingdom of God -the central motifs of mission theory.  The Church successfully adopted an incarnational pattern in mission, which is a suitable model of mission for the religiously pluralistic community of India.
