ABOUT THE AUTHOR B.P. Parashar
B.P. Parashar (b. 1948) has been actively assocated with adult education initiatives for over twenty years. He has a Master's degree in education and taught in schools and coleges as Senior Teacher, Vice Principal and Hed of Department of Education in reputed colleges in Karnataka and well Bengal. Since 1992 he has been in -Charge (Adult Education) with Society for Promiotion of Adult Education and Empowerment (SPACE) based in West Bengal and Bihar.
