Jagdamba Prasad Shukla, holds, M.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Ed., M.a. (Economics) and Doctorate from the Meerut University, Meerut. Having a teaching experience of more than three decades at various levels and in different capacities in several colleges of U.P. and Bihar, Dr. Shukla, is presently a retired person and spend most of his time in guiding research scholars and writing.
