ABOUT THE AUTHOR B.K. Jani

B.K. Jani obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology from Saurashtra university, Rajkot, and later a Ph.D. in the same university. He has more than three decades of teaching experience at all levels –from undergraduate to postgraduate –in various colleges in Gujarat. He has published 14 research papers in national journals, participated in several national and international seminars and presented papers at some of them. He has carried out research projects and organised three national-level seminars. He has guided many students for doctoral, M. Phil. and M.A. theses. He is a member of the national Academy of Psychology and is, at present, associated with an NGO in Ahmedabad working for the welfare and development of children.
