ABOUT THE AUTHOR Kamala Sinha

Kamala Sinha, a librarian by profession, received her undergraduate and the post-graduate degree in social science and got the library and information science professional course degrees of B.L.I.S. and M.L.I.S. with first class from Canada. She has gained twenty years of service in the field of librarianship. Besides library management, she has also been engaged in teaching since 1992. Her academic involvement had made her a research guide supervising the work of many scholars who have registered under her for Ph.D. programme. Widely traveled around the world she has participated in various national and international seminars and conferences on subjects relating to library science. She has presented more than twenty research papers in various seminar proceedings and has published about fifteen research articles in reputed journals.
