The Concept of administrative discretion and dynamics of decision making in Indian Public Administration, which is major field of Government activity, is highlighted in this volume. Process of judicial review in selected cases has been examined and analysed, showing how the basic tenets of law are often overlooked by the administrators. Judges are not super-human, being products of same society from which administrators have come, though committed to ensure justice with an objective approach.
