It has explained enlarge in the reference of agricultural characteristics of Vaishali; Potentiality of local agricultural resources examined very well, on which every developmental system depends; It has been found that without the development of infrastructural network, agro industrial and backward as well as developing area development has never been possible either in third-world countries or developing countries.  So in the concluding remarks it has been answered that which type of infrastructural network is necessary for the development of an agro based backward areas.

Dr. Kaustubh Narayan Misra (1973 in Gorakhpur), Sr. Lecturer, Department of Geography, SDJ Postgraduate College, Chandeshwer, Azamgarh, UP.  Dr. Misra longley associated with Department of Geography, DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, India, student as well as teacher.  Dr. Misra has been participated in several National and International seminars/conferences and presented papers.  Many of his research papers have been published in National Journals and Edited books of International repute.  He is a life Member of more than a half dozen geographical and science societies of International standard.
