ABOUT THE AUTHOR Neeti Sachdeva

Dr. (Mrs.) Neeti Sachdeva secured First Position in B.A. (Hons.) Psychology in 1994 in Delhi University and Second Position as well as a first Class in M.A. Psychology in 1996 in Delhi University. She obtained her Ph.D. Degree in February 2000 from the Delhi University. She has regularly contributed articles in important journals and periodicals. She presented her paper on "The Changing Images of Mothering Across the Three Subcultures of India" in the International Conference on the study of Behavioural Development held in Ottawa, Canada, 2002.
