Captain Annurag Pandit’s mother remembers her son, as he lay in the hospital, hundreds of miles away. Mira, Anurag’s girlfriend, could smell him. Was she losing her head? Desperation to buy two chairs. Nice and red. Vermilion-red blood drips like ice-cream. They had killed her son and said, ‘ Leave our land, you idol worshippers”.
