ABOUT THE AUTHOR Aakash Singh Rathore

Dr Aakash Singh Rathore studied Enology in the US and Europe, and is a certified wine advisor. He has written several articles on wine in Indian and international papers, and serves as a wine consultant in India and abroad. He also studied Philiosophy and Law in the US and Europe. He is currently a Reader in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Delhi.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Bhalchandra Mungekar

Dr. Bhalchandra Mungekar is a Member of the Planning Commission, Government of India; Chairman of the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla; and Founder-President of Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Social and Economic Change. Former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Mumbai, Dr. Mungekar was also the President of the Organising Committee of the First International Buddhist Conference held in Mumbai in April, 2005, whence the present volume originated. Dr. Mungekar has been a recipient of several prestigious awards including Ambedkar Ratna and Outstanding Educationist awards. Author of several books, he is a distinguished authority on Dr. Ambedkarian Philosophy and Movement of Social Change.
