Harischandra Lal Singh, (b. 1940), a journalist, writer and consultant to various local and foreign agencies for translating and editing works, is presently involved in research works. He has contributed articles on various subjects o newpapers and periodicals including interviews of literary figures, academicians and other dignitaries. His publicationis incude Principal Records of Nepal (1980, 1985), Modern Interpretation of Buddhism (1994) and Reflectioins on Buddhism of the Kathmandu Valley (1996).
