Dr. Bilal Ahmad Khan (b. 1970) obtained his BA (Hons) and MA (Public Administration) from the Department of Political Science Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He did his M.Phil and Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has an extensive background in public administration and has participated in relevant training programmes in different institutes in India. He is Lecturer in Forbes Inter College, Faizabad since 1997.
