Career Maturity: An Analytical Study

Dr. Jasdeep Kaur is currently working as a lecturer in Education at DAV College of Education, Amritsar (Punjab). She did her post graduation in Mathematics fro Punjab University, Chandigarh. M.Phil in Edcuation from GND University, Amritsar. In 2003, she was awarded Doctorate degree by Punjab University, Chandigarh. She has been working as research guide for M.Ed. (Education) students since 1992 on various problems of Education and has successfully guided approximately twenty research projects till date. She is a life member of All India Association of Educational Research (AIAER) and Council of Teacher Education (CTE). She has attended/presented papers in various seminars or conferences on various issues in Education.
