Communications is something we indulge in every day, but the most impeding question is: What exactly is this most widely and widely talked routine? Communication remains a difficult function for the simple reason, every one assumes that he or she can communicate well while others have difficulties. Communication is an essential element of infrastructure for coordinating the relationship between individuals, and groups in an organization to enable it to achieve it objective. Today, for any management it has become increasingly difficult to regard communication in the old static way as a neutral courier service for transmitting packages of meaning from point to point. Many management consultants, now have no doubt, that just as the neglect of the positive role of communication led to serious weaknesses in the scientific management and humanist theories, the understanding of the role of communication makes it possible to structure the organization and control its activities. This approach, them, assumes that the organizational structure can be made to emerge from an effective communication system rather than the other way round. In this practical and oriented presentation, opportunity has been taken to incorporate the recent trends of thought on the subject in the light of new developments in the field. Beside introducing the subject of communication and management separately, it gives certain basic principles of effective communication. Management is basically to get the work done effectively. Communication has an important role in the effectiveness of this objective. This is the starting-point for a study of Management by communication. Therefore, today to manage an organization. It is only management by communication rather than any other activity.
