Communicative English for Globalization

Our students who are structurally competent since they learn English in a formal manner are communicatively weak, since they have not been taught informally.They require pragmatic competence in English which is rather difficult to be achieved in the current teaching and learning scenario whose main thrust is on just examination rather than on language acquisition.
