G.S. Narwani is a retired IAS officer who was involved with the enforcement of laws for preventing exploitation of SCs and STs at the grassroots level. As Collector of Sirohi district in Rajasthan, he made special efforts to create awareness and to ensure punishment to persons practising untouchability and exploiting SCs/STs.
