Criminal Justice Administration has been a point of a regular discussions, review and debates in India. Even the Malimath Committee submitted its report containing more than four hundred pages and suggested a detailed reforms in the area of police investigations, arrests, trial, rights of victim vis-a-vis courts and reformative agencies.
