Customer Relationship Management: Practices in Regional Rural Banks

Dr. S.G. Hundekar (b. 1954) is Selection Grade Lecturer and Research Guide, Faculty of Commerce, G. i. Bagawadi Arts, Science and Commerce College, Nipani (Karnataka). He did his Post Graduation from the Karnataka University. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience. Dr. Hundekar has attended several conferences held at State, National, and International level, Academic Seminars and Courses. He has published more than 25 research papers which have been published in leading journals, besides editing some books. He is the Life Member of All India Commerce Association. His areas of specialization are banking, management and marketing.
