Delhi Dialogue V: India-ASEAN: Vision for Partnership and Prosperity

This compendium of 19 papers, presented at the fifth edition of the Delhi Dialogue, attempts to address the various issues concerning India-ASEAN cooperation. To deal with the threat of rising China, it focuses on India-ASEAN security cooperation, and the peace and stability through the strategic partnership.

Examining the non-traditional security challenges, it deals with the food security, water management and pandemics. It also analyses the role of new and renewable energy in sustainable development and discusses at length the cooperation between CLMV countries and North-East India. A comprehensive approach to India-ASEAN connectivity finds place in the discussion as well.
