ABOUT THE AUTHOR Balraj K. Sikka

Dr. Balraj K. Sikka was born on 8-3-1951. He is a gold medallist in M.Sc. He got his M.Phil and Ph.D. in agricultural Economics. At present, a Research Officer, Dr. Sikka started his career as a Senior Economist, PEC, Agro-Economic Research Centre, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He is associated with Indian Journal of Agricultural Economics, Bombay and also with Indian Society of Water Resources. He has to his credit some valuable articles published in “Agricultural Development in Himachal Pradesh”.
