Democratisation and Constitutional Reforms in Kazakhstan

Dr. Mukesh Kumar Mishra, was born in Ballia (U.P.) India. He has deep interest in Indian History, Art, Culture and Heritage. Dr. Mishra did his Ph.D. in Ancient Indian History and Archaeology from University of Lucknow in the year 2003. He is the life member in many reputed academic societies. He is also the founder trustee in charitable trusts i.e. Rising India Foundation and Dr. Lakshmi Shankar Mishra 'Nishank' Addhyayan Sansthan Lucknow.
