Dr. Ajeya K. Gupta carries a marvelous blend of academic excellence and professional achievements. He has bagged several awards to his credit from Bursary to National Talent Search Scholarships. He bagged all India NET in his very First attempt and, that too before the final results of the M.Com. in 1986. Same year he was selected to teach the Management and Financial Accounting courses in the Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College of Gorakhpur. Before the completion of the first session itself he was appointed as a permanent lecturer in the Department of Commerce, DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, and still serving the organization and the locality. He is Guest faculty to the Business Administration Department University, Gorakhpur and the MMM engineering College, Gorakhpur. He is Counselor in the MBA program and various other programs run by the IGNOU. Apart from these, he is Visiting faculty to numerable Management Institutions and Engineering Colleges. His research engagements are highly of academic and national interest per se he has been assigned a major research project in the year 2003, entitled Remedy to the Malaise of Development Banks-in-Transition by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi.
