It is after four years of publishing the first volume that the second volume on Diseases of the Cardio-vascular System is coming out.  It took some time to overcome the teething troubles as an author and also as a publisher.  Non-availability of data on this particular subject and careful scrutiny and co-relation also required some time.  The set-up of the book is similar to the first volume i.e., definition, aetiological factors, a plan of treatment, list of important common and rare medicines and other medicines, description of important remedies with examination findings, a short summary of important symptoms in the margin, auxiliary treatment, some practical hints and several interesting cases with illustrations.  In this volume a number of III-roved and rarely indicated remedies are discussed.  The important features of this book: New Scientific approach, Illustrations for better understanding, Examination findings of different remedies, List of important common and rare remedies, A description of important remedies, A short summary of the important symptoms those remedies in the margin so that it can be a ready reference to the student, several interesting cases.
