B.R. Ambedkar, a distinct and outstanding thinker, freedom fighter, social revolutionary and expert on economic matters and constitution emerged as a force on the socio-political map of India. Dr J.P.S. Tomar at present is Professor in Education, in Faculty of Education, at Northern India Engineering College Lucknow. He received his school education at Lakhimpur Kheri, graduation (Gorakhpur), M.A. (Jodhpur), M.Ed. (Rajasthan). Done Ph. D. (1985) under able guidance of Dr. Satya Prakash Singh (University of Hull, U.K.). He has earned many academic awards, distinctions to his credit including recognition of life time achievement award and outstanding contribution in the area of education and research. He has been on record as an editor of Jr. of Educo-Ecology (Gorakhpur), Indian Jr. of Educational Research (Lucknow) and Modern Educational Research in India (MERI-Durg, Chhatisgarh).He is Hon. Director of Acharya Narendra Dev Institute, Lama, Sultanpur and founder member of society for Advancement of Human Ability. He has 39 years of rich experience of Teaching and Research. He has guided over two dozen Master’s Dissertation and similar number of PH. D. and M. Phil. Thesis in Education so far.He is working as Research Supervisor in V.B.S. Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, U.P., Alagappa University, T.N. and Vinayak Mission’s University, Salem (T.N.) and Shodh Pramukh at Bharatiya Shiksha Shodh Sansthan (Estd. 1980) at Lucknow, U.P.
