Dynamics of Creativity and Interests: Engineers Verses Civil Servants

This book is an outcome of my strong desire to share my research findings regarding creativity and interests of engineers and civil servants. Creativity and interest are very much related to factors like sex, locality, birth order, family background, school education, etc. But the questions arise: Do these factors similar affect the interest and creativity of the persons who have already joined occupations in the same manner? And what type of changes occur in their interests and creativity after they assume professional responsibilities? Both these two aspects need to be explored. The present book is a sincere attempt in this direction.
