P V L Raju holds a masters degree in English literature and has a postgraduate diploma in human resource management. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He worked in a senior managerial position in a public sector bank and is now associated with the ICFAI University as a faculty member. He is actively associated with ICFAI University publications. He edits a monthly magazine on human capital titled HRM Review. Besides, he has edited several executive reference books in the areas of human resource management, training and e-learning.
