ABOUT THE AUTHOR P.P. Arya

Professor P.P. Arya. M.A. (Economics), Ph. D. is a Professor in the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has written/edited nine books and 42 research papers. His research papers have been published in reputed journals. He is actively associated with teachers’ movement. Currently he is the President of All India Federation of University Teachers’ Association. He has inside knowledge of the dynamics of industrial relations through active participation at various responsible levels. He is a member of the senate and was earlier member of the syndicate of Panjab University.
