This study is useful in visualising the extent of modernisation and value change in Public and Government Schools of Delhi. Climate of Organisation is controlled by thoughts and values of leaders/principals. Hence the relationship between values modernisation and organisational climate proved to useful in studying the personality of leaders and the type of climate they generate in the system.
