ABOUT THE AUTHOR V.N. Singh

V.N. Singh, (b. 26-12-54) did his B.Sc. from IP College, Bulandshahar (U.P.). Later he obtained his Masters degree in sociology from Meerut University, Meerut, and also M.Ed. degree from Meerut University, Meerut. Besides he is PGD in Adult Education and PGD in Population Education from Shivaji University, Kolhapur (Maharashtra). He has also done a certified course in Forensic Science. Presently he is serving as Senior Lecturer in SCERT, NCT of Delhi. Besides being an avid bibliophile, he has many interests and contributes papers and articles on various issues regularly.
