The present study seeks to ascertain the improvement in the performance of the teachers through DPEP training programmes, the attitude of teachers towards various training programmes conducted for themselves, and also the role of the teacher centre secretaries in providing knowledge on the latest developments in both content and methodology as well as to assess the role of the resources persons in providing academic support to the teachers.
