Protozoa, simplest in structure, are the most primitive or first animals of nature. Dr. Arvind N. Shukla (b. 1970) obtained his M. Sc. (Zoology) from A.P.S. University, Rewa and was awarded Ph.D. from Vikram University, Ujjain. Recipient of many awards, Dr. Shukla has published 16 research papers in national and international journals of repute. He has participated in many national and international conferences. A seasoned teacher, currently he is Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Zoology, Govt. Vikram College, Khachraud, Dist. Ujjain (M.P.).

Rajiv Tyagi obtained M.Sc. (Zoology) from Meerut University (presently Chaudhary Charan Singh University) Meerut with Ist division. He studies Entomology as a special paper. He is an active and talented researcher. His field of interest is Endocrinology. He was awarded Ph.D in the field of interest in Endocrinology. He was awarded Ph.D in the field of Reproductive Physiology. He had been teaching undergraduate and post-graduate students in the capacity of permanent lecturer in the Department of Zoology, M.M. College, Modi Nagar. Dr. Tyagi is a seasoned teacher, and participated in many national and international conferences. He is an active member and fellow of many societies and associations.
