ABOUT THE AUTHOR C Veerabahu
Dr. C Veerabahu is an Associate Professor, Department of Zoology and Research Centre, V.O.C.College, Tuticorin. He has attended several National and International Seminars, conferences published research papers in National and International Journals. He has been a coordinator for conducting a UGC sponsored Refresher Course for college teachers in 2003. He was the co-coordinator for conducting the Coastal Science Congress in 2004. He has been the project Principal Investigator funded by Indian Council for Agricultural Research, New Delhi from 2004-2006. A book “Vilangukalum Vinodha Kunangalum” in Tamil has also been authored by Dr. C Veerbahu.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR D Radhika
Dr. D Radhika is working as Reader in the Department of Zoology and Research Centre at V.O.C.College, Tuticorin. She is a fold medalist in her PG degree in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli and has bagged university Sixth Rank in her UG degree in Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. She is actively engaged in research and has published various papers in National and International journals of repute. She had conducted a UGC sponsored Refresher Course in 2003 and was the organizing Secretary in the National Seminar sponsored by DOD, CSIR and TNSC and ST in 2004. She was the co-investigator in the ICAR project and at present she is heading a project sponsored by DST. She is also the co-author of the book entitled “Vilangukalum Vinodha Kunangalum”. She has been sanctioned DST (Young Women Scientist Fast-Track Scheme, New Delhi) Project in 2009.
