Energy efficiency involves technologies, measures or practices that produce the same amount of energy services such as lighting, heating and cooling using less energy. It is proved to be the best option to reduce the growing gap between demand and supply of energy resources. This book analyzes the experiences of developed and developing countries in adopting energy efficiency policies and measures such as USA, UK, Australia, France, European Union countries, New Zealand, Japan, India, China, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Russia. This book will be of great use to policy-makers, energy managers, academia, and the corporate sector.
