In National curriculum frame work, environmental education emphasizes on cooperative learning, critical thinking and discussion, hands-on activities, and a focus on action strategies with real-world applications. Natural environment and their resources one earth (air, water, soil and living species) are getting contaminated and polluted continuously from various sources (domestic and industries) and this led to an unstable and dangerous situation affecting an individual, group, community or whole society. 21St century approaches with science and technology assuming increasing importance in society and environment and recommendations from recent reports to inform decisions in a number of key policy matters like assessment, management, using environmental policies. Today it is our duty to improve the health of the environment to restore our physical, biological and cultural environment and to secure our future world through proper concept of environmental education.
