This book examines the dynamics of ethnicity at the workplace –an issue that has been largely ignored in the Indian context. The belief that industrial context. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ernesto Noronha

Ernesto Noronha is Associate Professor, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. A Ph.D. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, he was previously on the faculty of IIM, Kozhikode, XLRI, Jamshedpur and IIT, Kanpur. His research interest include managing redundancy, cross-cultural and diversity management, the sociology of organizations, contemporary workspaces, and industrial relations with a particular on the study of trade unions and labour relations in the era of globalization. He has national presentations to his credit.
