Etymologically, the scientific study of all forms of human and animal behaviour, sometimes concerned with the methods through which behaviour can be modifies is named psychology. “Study of mind”, psychology is intimately related to the biological and social sciences. Some divisions of psychology are applied fields, while others are more experimental in nature. One of the important of these is clinical psychology which is concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
