ABOUT THE AUTHOR Pratibha Singh
Dr. Pratibha Singh awarded her Ph.D. degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from N.D. University of Agriculture and Technology, Faizabad. Presently she is working as Associate Professor (Human Nutrition) in Department of Biochemistry, N.D. University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Faizabad (U.P.) She has more than twenty years of Teaching, Research and Extension experience. Besides this she has guided Post graduate and Ph.D students.
She has published more than 20 research and review papers in international and national Journals of repute. Besides this she has conducted many training programmers on fruits and vegetables. She has participated/delivered lectures at various National and International conferences/symposium etc. She has delivered several Radio and TV talks on different aspects of Food Science and Human Nutrition.
