Abstract: Medicinal systems throughout history have taught us that we should maintain a harmony within the body to attain perfect health. This small book looks at the efficacy of many of the commoner flowering plants. It provides us with a guide to their usage through the ages and mentions many of the ailments in which they are suggested cures. Though most of these are harmless and should not cause any side effects it is always better to be safer than sorry.
