ABOUT THE AUTHOR P.L. Sahni
Dr. P.L. Sahni worked as a UNESCO expert in the Philippines. Dr. Sahni did his M.Ed. from Delhi University and Ph.D. from Columbia University, New York. Dr. Sahni worked for some time in the University Grants Commission. He is associated with the Association of Indian Universities in New Delhi. Dr. Sahni now works in a consultant firm on educational matters for export of educational expertise.
