Dr. R.C. Bhatia, M.A. (Economics), M.Com., Ph.D. and a diploma holder in Secretarial Practice teaches Office Management and Secretarial Practice at Shyam Lal College (Evening), Department of Commerce, University of Delhi. He has 20 publications to his credit other than articles in leading newspapers, magazines and U.G.C. Journals. He is associated with Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indira Gandhi National Open University, National Open School, Board of Technical Education in Delhi. Haryana and U.P., I.T.Is and C.B.S.E. He is a member of several expert examination bodies and syllabus committees at central and state levels.
