Gender Bias in Co-operatives

R. Jayalakshmi is currently working as a faculty member at the Institute of Co-operative Management, Thiruvananthapuram. She did her doctoral work in Rural Development. She has completed ten research studies on areas such as rural development, co-operatives and non-profit sector.
