ABOUT THE AUTHOR S.N.P. Gupta

Born in the lap of the Bhutahi Balan at Madhopur of Madhubani district Bihar. Dr. S N P Gupta got his higher education including Ph.D. degree from the Ranchi University, Ranchi. He has successfully guided many research scholars and a number of research scholars are workign under him for the award of the Ph.D. degree. He is life member of Indian Science Congress Association and also members of various learned and academic societies. Dr. Gupta joined Giridih College, Giridih as a Lectuer in 1967. At present he is Professor and Head, Dept.of Geography Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh Dr. Gupta has presented a number of research papers in various conferences and seminars. More than a dozen research articles have been published in various Research Journals and edited books.
