Dr. Rakesh Kumar is a scientist in HESCO, Dehradun. He has published 2 books and several research papers. His experience in rural development is of 15 years. He has worked on various projects related to development and dissemination of hill specific rural technologies and land use models for capacity building and to empower mountain community specifically in Uttaranchal region.
