The primary object of this five volumes encyclopaedia is to provide the readers with such assistance as may enable them to understand the nature and research of contemporary political science, and to pursue such branches of inquiry as may be necessary for that end. 243 articles of 300 scholars have been included in this encyclopeaedia in A to Z order which enrich comprehensive knowledge of political theory, comparative politics, national political systems, political development, international relations, foreign policy, political power, public administration and administrative behaviuor. The idea of bringing out this monumental work for the first time is undoubtedly a noble endeavour of the editors which is timely and worth considering. In making the selection of entries necessitated by the limits of space, the requirements of different classes or readers have been borne in mind. We think, this book becomes indispensable source of references for teachers, scholars and readers of political science.
