ABOUT THE AUTHOR D.K. Ghosh

Dr. D.K. Ghosh is presently serving as Executive Director and Board Member of Siemens Public Communication Networks Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon. He holds an Engineering Graduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur., M.B.A. from Calcutta University, Kolkata and Ph.D. degree in commerce from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut (U.P.) and various other academic degrees. Dr. Ghosh, who has a distinguished academic career has several research publications to his credit. Dr. Ghosh is considered as an authority on telecommunication at Global level.

Dr. Keshav Dev Gaur (born 1950), ex-Director. Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi, is presently serving as consultant, ICSSR, New Delhi, Dr. Gaur, who has had a distinguished academic career has several research publications to his credit and currently engaged in research in Economics, Commerce, Management and Social Sciences. He has completed three ICSSR major research projects. He is author of more than twenty research books.
