The book is a collection of the papers presented by teachers of different educational institutions of the country at a U.G.C. sponsored national seminar. The seminar was organized by Dispur College on 30th and 31st January, 2008. The topic of the seminar was “Development of Youth and Role of Higher Education”.
The organizers thought to bring out this book with a hope that it will be of great help to the people working in the field of youth development. The topics covered are relevant to present day youth problems. The problems discussed here bear significance even in the global scenario. So the book was brought out with an intention to provide help to the people keen to solve youth problems.
